Sentence Court

The following defendants were sentenced Wednesday, June 7, in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy McCune:

Ramon Livingston, 44, of New Kensington, was sentenced to serve 24 months probation and pay a $200 fine after pleading guilty to a felony count of criminal attempt of extortion filed by Saxonburg Borough police for a Feb. 7, 2022, incident.

Leroy H. Goepfert, 43, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months probation and pay restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor failing to perform services filed by state police for a March 27, 2019, incident.

Isaiah S. Harden, 45, of Butler, was sentenced to serve no less than 12 months no more than 24 months in state prion, 36 months probation and pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to charges of drug sales and conspiracy filed by Butler County Detectives for a June 27, 2022, incident.

Rex A. Harris, 46, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison, pay a $1,000 fine, perform 40 hours of community service and participate in litter pick up after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor driving under the influence filed by state police for a March 8, 2022, incident.

Erin Hindman, 43, of East Brady, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation with 165 days on house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine, perform 40 hours of community service and participate in litter pick up after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by state police for a Jan. 27, 2023, incident.

Alyse M. Moore, 32, of Renfrew, was sentenced to serve 96 months probation, pay $3,500 in fines, perform 40 hours of community service and participate in litter pickup after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by Butler Township police for a Dec. 2, 2022, incident.

Barry L. Blum, 45, of North Washington, was sentenced to serve six months probation with 15 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine, perform 40 hours of community service and participate in litter pick up after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by state police for a June 27, 2021, incident.

Jane E. Harper, 66, of Sarver, was sentenced to serve 60 months probation with 90 days on house arrest, pay a $1,525 in fines, perform 40 hours of community service and participate in litter pick up after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of DUI filed by Buffalo Township police for a May 12, 2022, incident.

Angel D. Perez, 29, of Warrendale, was sentenced to serve six months probation with 35 days of house arrest, pay $1,200 in fines, perform 40 hours of community service and participate in litter pick up after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of DUI filed by Cranberry Township police for a Dec. 24, 2022, incident.

Julian A. Bindernagel, 28, of Butler, was sentenced to pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count of accidents involving an attended vehicle or property filed by Butler City police for an April 12, 2019, incident.

John J. Jackson, 46, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 6 to 12 months in prison and 12 months probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charges of use and possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police for an April 6, 2022, incident.

Lori Kindelberger, 46, of Butler, was sentenced to serve nine months probation and perform 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of use and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler City police for an Aug. 15, 2021, incident.

Steven R. Mayhew, 34, of Valencia, was sentenced to serve nine days to 12 months in prison, 12 months probation, pay $200 in fines and perform 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and drug possession filed by Penn Township police for a May 20, 2022, incident.

Kathy J. Rensel, 60, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 30 days to 23.5 months in prison and 12 months probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor counts of theft and resisting arrest filed by Butler Township police for a June 26, 2022, incident.

Guy B. Simons, 48, of Chicora, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to 6 months in prison, pay a $1,000 fine, perform 40 hours of community service and participate in litter pick up after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count of DUI filed by Slippery Rock Borough police for an April 30, 2022, incident.

Mark A. Sowa, 63, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 72 months probation with 12 months on house arrest after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to sell drugs filed by Butler County Detectives for a March 9, 2022, incident.

Amanda D. Stemmerich, 39, of Sligo, was sentenced to serve 6 months probation with 14 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine, perform 40 hours of community service and participate in litter pick up after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of DUI filed by state police for a March 3, 2021, incident.

Amber L. Sheldone, 27, of New Castle, was sentenced to serve six months probation, pay a $300 fine, perform 25 hours of community service and participate in litter pick up after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of DUI filed by state police for a July 10, 2022, incident.

Marissa N. Ehrman, 30, of Cairnbrook, was sentenced to pay a $300 fine and restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor retail theft filed by Butler City police for an April 20, 2022, incident.
