Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

May 30 — Caleb T. Mancini, 29, of Mars, was charged with felony possession of a firearm without a license and misdemeanors DUI, terroristic threats, obstruction of justice and accidents involving property damage after he crashed his vehicle May 29 on Hespenheide Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment and threatened officers.

Butler

May 26 — Wayne E. Patterson, 52, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and terroristic threats. Police said he repeatedly punched someone and threatened to kill them.

May 25 — Stephen K. Bowen, 43, of Butler, was charged with felony theft of services and misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said he was tapping into other people’s utilities.

May 25 — Jeremy A. White, 43, of Mount Lebanon, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary disorderly conduct. Police said he grabbed someone by the neck.

Butler Twp

May 31 — Anthony C. Carben, 49, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license after he crashed his vehicle on Delwood Road.

May 30 — Kenneth L. R. McGinnis, 30, of Indiana, was charged with felony theft. Police said he left Walmart with $671 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

May 26 — Ryan P. Dray, 38, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said a large marijuana cigarette was found in his vehicle.

May 24 — Thomas B. Moore, 48, of Butler, was charged with felony and misdemeanor false written statement. Police said he answered questions inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Walmart.

May 24 — Madison B. Kief, 24, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after she crashed her vehicle on Hansen Avenue. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and that a later breath test showed Kief’s blood alcohol content at 0.08%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 24 — Madeline C. Robertson, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $360 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

May 24 — Kevyne L. Cadiente, 20, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said he keyed someone’s car.

Cranberry Twp

May 30 — Paul W. Roth Jr., 61, of New Castle, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft in two separate incidents. Police said he left Target with $551 worth of merchandise without paying for it on one occasion and $459 worth of merchandise on another.

May 29 — Justin D. Flaherty, 30, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor counts conspiracy and theft. Police said he left Best Buy with $461 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Evans City-Seven Fields Regional

June 1 — James D. Bilka, 62, of Seven Fields, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle May 25 on Seven Fields Boulevard. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and that a later breath test showed Bilka’s blood alcohol content at 0.141%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Penn Twp

May 30 — Brian Alley, 50, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Police said he trespassed on multiple properties.

State police, Butler

May 31 — Tyler P. Baptie, 29, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felonies of possession of a firearm and theft, misdemeanors resisting and evading arrest, DUI, disorderly conduct, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him on Boozel Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment and is prohibited from possessing a hand gun due to his criminal history.

May 30 — Cory A. Stephens, 51, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanors criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and vandalism. Police said he removed gravel placed by Clinton Township.

May 30 — Daniel W. Ernst, 30, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said he shoved someone into a wall.

May 29 — Anthony R. Genaway, 29, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanor false imprisonment and summary harassment. Police said he grabbed someone’s throat three times.

May 27 — Stephen R. Nichols, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicles. Police said he drove someone’s vehicle without permission.
