Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler City

June 13 — Dalton J. Anthony, 21, of Chicora, was charged with felony aggravated assault. Police said he struck someone in the head with a ceramic cup.

Butler Twp

June 12 — Elijah H. Stewart, 25, of Harrisville, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor retail theft. Police said he left Walmart with $186 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Buffalo Twp

June 13 — Ryan T. Gould, 44, of Freeport, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on Mesa Drive. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

Cranberry Twp

June 22 — Shaighn Bobinski, 18, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said he removed $110 from a cash register at Marty’s Suburban Grill.

June 22 — Gerald A. McNally, 30, of Freeport, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he left the scene of an accident without leaving information.

June 16 — Gavin L. Friend, 32, of Freedom, and Michael C. Loewel, 42, of Cranberry Township, were charged with felonies theft and conspiracy. Police said they attempted to leave Walmart with $649 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

June 14 — Oscar O. Lopez Pacheco, 30, of Hazlehurst, Ga., was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $278 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

June 13 — Michael C. Loewel, 42, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felonies trespassing and theft in three separate cases. Police said he left Walmart with $558, $799 and $978 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

State police, Butler

June 16 — Stephen M. Ruzbacki, 58, of Tarentum, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Police said he attempted to take his vehicle from an impound lot.

June 16 — Jack H. Hartle, 68, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him on Route 8, Penn Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of benzoylecgonine and cocaine in his blood. A small amount of cocaine was found in his vehicle.

June 16 — Amy L. Molyneaux, 33, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found in possession of a pipe, glassine bags and a scrubbing pad used in smoking crack cocaine.

June 13 — Nancy A. Hile, 75, of Mercer, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she took a basket from a grave.

June 13 — Devin M. Parson, 25, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats, resisting arrest and harassment and summary disorderly conduct. Police said he threatened to shoot officers and did not comply with orders.

June 13 — Stephanie A. Kratzer, 45, of Oil City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Fairmont Road, Chicora. Police said a field sobriety test showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed Kratzer’s blood alcohol content at 0.33% with traces of THC.

June 13 — Alliyah R. Springer, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Mercer Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.

June 13 — Lacey M. Fosnaught, 34, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Chicora Road, Oakland Township. Police said field sobriety test showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed Fosnaught’s blood alcohol content at 0.95%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

June 1 — Amanda Lee Crowl, 38, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license after police said a pressed fentanyl pill known as a “dirty thirty” was found udder the passenger seat of a car she was driving following a traffic stop on Bauder Mill Road in Muddy Creek Township.
