Police: Butler woman failed to pay for hundreds of lottery tickets

A Butler woman was accused of scratching over 500 lottery tickets without paying for them while employed at a Summit Township convenience store.

The woman’s luck ran out when state police viewed surveillance footage following a string of thefts in February at the Herman Mini Mart.

Amanda K. Fennell, 42, was charged with felony theft in connection to the incidents.
