24 years ago today I held you in my arms for the first time and felt a love like no other. Luke and I miss you so much every second of every day. We miss your smile, your laugh, your hugs and unconditional love. We just completely and endlessly miss our Jacob. My precious baby boy, Luke's Best Friend.
