Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
June 26 — Marlee M. Scott, 30, of Sarver, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after she crashed her car on Ekastown Road. Police said she showed signs of impairment and that a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.223%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
June 29 — Cheyenne M. Carew, 35, of Laguna Beach, Calif., was charged with felony trespassing and misdemeanor simple assault in two separate cases. Police said she threw a pot of hot water on someone and later entered a residence she was not supposed to enter.
June 24 — Jaymar T. Fordham, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he threw someone down a flight of stairs.
June 24 — Vakie I. Knight, 31, of Philadelphia, was charged with felony drug sales. Police said he was found in possession of 13 bags of suspected crack cocaine and $1,406 in cash.
June 28 — Michael C. Loewel, 42, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Target with $1,089 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
June 27 — Anthony M. Kasunic, 36, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony theft. Police said he left Walmart with $903 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
June 27 — Israel G.E. Higgins, 27, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony forgery and two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said he cashed a check worth $1,900 that was not his.
June 27 — Lisa M. Philbrook, 29, of Butler, was charged with felony child endangerment. Police said a child under her supervision ran onto a busy road.
June 27 — Amanda L. Crowl, 38, of Ellwood City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found in possession of a suspected fentanyl pill.
June 26 — Roy D. McAffee, 77, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries disorderly conduct and harassment. Police said he placed his hands around someone’s neck.
June 26 — Tyrone R. Hilliard, 33, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on North Main Street Extension, Center Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and that a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.114%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
June 26 — Sheigh B. Foster, 34, of Prospect, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Route 8, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and that a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.181%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
June 26 — Alexis M. Michael, 22, of Valencia, was charged with felony and misdemeanor stalking, misdemeanor criminal mischief and summaries disorderly conduct and harassment. Police said she followed someone to a store and entered a garage without permission.
June 25 — Steven P. McGinty, 34, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felonies strangulation, DUI and robbery, and misdemeanors simple assault, terroristic threats and criminal mischief. Police said he punched and strangled someone and took their car.
June 25 — Rachel E. Topping, 38, of Butler, was charged with felony drug sales and misdemeanor DUI after she crashed her vehicle on Evans City Road, Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a search of her vehicle yielded 44 grams of suspected marijuana and two stamp bags of suspected heroin.
June 22 — Antonio A. Browning, 46, was charged with disorderly conduct and summary public drunkenness. Police said he showed signs of impairment and made threats to officers.
June 22 — Nathan E. Anderson, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found in possession of suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking device.
June 19 — Elizabeth A. Ivory, 47, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she did not comply with officer’s orders and was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
June 27 — Heidi A. Bricker, 41, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanors child endangerment and DUI after police stopped her on Peffer Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and that a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.139%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
