King

Heather D. King, 48, of East Brady, died Friday, July 28, 2023, at UPMC Presbyterian after a liver transplant.

Born Jan. 27, 1975, in Butler, she was the daughter of Patrick and Patti McClaine.

Heather was a 1993 graduate of Union High School. While in school, she enjoyed sports, especially basketball. Heather was an LPN and worked for Glade Run Youth Services in Zelienople and the Butler VA.

Heather enjoyed sports, swimming and loved to bake.

Surviving are her mother, Patti (Patrick) McClaine, of East Brady; one daughter, Peyton (Colt) Hicks, of Butler; and two brothers, Tim Smith, of Templeton, and James (Danielle) Rieger, of Bradys Bend.

She also is survived by one nephew, Tyler Smith; and one niece, Cheyanne Smith.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walt and June Wiles, whom she dearly loved.

KING — All services for Heather D. King, who died Friday, July 28, 2023, will be private and under the direction of BUECHELE FUNERAL HOME, East Brady. She will be buried in Bradys Bend Cemetery.

Memorials may be made in her name to the East Brady Volunteer Fire Department, 101 Graham St., East Brady, PA 16028.
