Sentence court
The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, Aug. 3, in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy McCune.
Trevor Lou Donaldson, 22, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to serve 120 months of probation and complete the county probation office’s sexual offender program after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors. State police in Potter County filed charges in January 2022 after pulling over Donaldson and finding him with a 15-year-old female passenger. Donaldson told police he and the girl were in a relationship.
Christopher A. Hanson, 35, of Mercer, Mercer County, was sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the Butler County Prison, pay a $500 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after being found guilty in a nonjury trial in June of driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges were filed by Lancaster Township police following an April 23, 2022, incident.
Dozhay Raheim Crumb, 23, of Ambridge, Beaver County, was sentenced to serve five months and 28 days of probation, including seven days of house arrest; pay a $1,000 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by Slippery Rock University police following a May 8, 2022, incident. He was admitted into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program in November 2022, but was removed from the program in May this year.
Carol Marian Hutzley, 69, of Renfrew, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest; pay fines totaling $3,500; and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and accidents involving damage filed by Butler Township police following a Sept. 7, 2022, incident. She was admitted into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program in February but was removed from the program in May.
Kurt Robert Kline, 35, of Butler was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation, complete 50 hours of community service, and have a drug and alcohol evaluation after pleading guilty to a charge of recklessly endangering another person filed by Butler City police following a Feb. 8, 2023, incident.
Philip Nathaniel Narcisse, 48, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest; pay a $1,500 fine; and complete litter pickup and 100 hours of community service after pleading no contest to his second DUI offense filed by state police following an Aug. 6, 2019, incident in Buffalo Township.
Shawn Patrick Leonard, 40, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison, pay fines totaling $1,025, and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and careless driving filed by state police following a Feb. 11, 2023, incident in Parker Township.
Alysha Marie Zurzolo, 32, of Butler was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and complete 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a theft charge filed by Butler City police following an Aug. 31, 2022, incident.
Shane Ian Gilmore, 40, of Fairport, N.Y., was sentenced to serve 48 months of probation, including 120 days of house arrest, complete 10 hours of community service and pay $18,537 in restitution after pleading guilty to charges of criminal mischief, theft and disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police following two incidents on Feb. 25, 2022.
