Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 26 — Amber R. Wallace, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors theft and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she left Walmart with $163 worth of merchandise without paying for it, and 48 stamp bags, a small crack rock, rubber bands and bags were found in her purse.
Aug. 2 — Elizabeth A. Poirier, 42, of Seven Fields, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she took store credit at Lowe’s worth $188.
July 26 — Jonathan G. Schmiedlin, 32, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said two bags of marijuana, a digital scale and a pipe were found in his vehicle.
July 25 — Reginald D. White, 53, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he did not exchange information after rear-ending a vehicle.
July 26 — Kristal A. Siegel, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and harassment. Police said she threatened to murder someone over the phone.
July 27 — Kristy A. Farnen, 42, of Butler, was charged with two counts of drug possession. Police said full and empty stamp bags of suspected heroin were found in her vehicle.
July 27 — Jason P. Stephenson, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him on Route 8, Penn Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of Xanax, methadone, oxycodone, xylazine and fentanyl in his system. Xanax pills were also found in his possession, police said.
July 25 — Michael W. Dienert, 36, of Butler, was charged with DUI and drug possession after police stopped him on Hansen Avenue, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC and methamphetamine in his system. Suspected marijuana and gabapentin pills were also found in his vehicle, police said.
