Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler County Detectives

July 26 — Brittany P. Lynn, 26, of Renfrew, and Austin R. Coburn, 25, of Ellwood City, were charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they were found with several bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl, hypodermic needles and a glass pipe.

Butler Twp

July 26 — Chelsea L. Perry, 35, of Prospect, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after she crashed her vehicle on East Jefferson Street. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.223%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

July 26 — Joshua L. Pengryn, 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he grabbed someone by the throat and shoved them to the ground.

Jackson Twp

July 26 — Ian Petrulli, 37, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Route 19. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.112%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

July 26 — Laithan J. Spinetti, 21, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said they found him with suspected marijuana and other paraphernalia.

July 26 — Ethan W. Thompson, 22, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said he crashed his vehicle on Mars-Evans City Road, Forward Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.154%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

July 26 — Adam J. Abraham, 39, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 68, Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.17%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
