An Ohio man is accused of pointing a semi-automatic handgun at his father in a Sunday, Aug. 6, incident at Smith Grove Campground in Clearfield Township, according to police.

In a Thursday news release, state police said Corey Hendrickson, 18, of Richmond, Ohio, pushed his father Rickey Hendrickson, 38, to the ground, loaded a semi-automatic handgun and pointed the gun at his father.

Police responded to the campground at 2:26 a.m. Sunday following a 911 hang-up call.

According to police, Corey Hendrickson fled the scene. Police canvassed the area but made no contact with the Ohio man.
