Charles Stuart McAllister, 44, of Glendale, Ariz., died Sunday in an automobile accident near Las Vegas, Nev. He was a passenger in the car that wrecked.

Formerly of Slippery Rock, he was the son of H.Y. "Mac" McAllister and the late Joan Gregory McAllister.

He attended Grove City High School and Slippery Rock University.

Surviving are five children, Ian McAllister and Malissa Cheslic, both of Phoenix, Ariz., Charles Vincent McAllister of Fond Du Lac, Wis., and Blayne Stuart McAllister and Riley Joan McAllister, both of Glendale. Also surviving are his father and stepmother, H.Y. "Mac" and Mary Blumling McAllister of Butler; his sister, Sheila Scott of Boston; and his grandmother, Ruby Gregory of San Antonio, Texas.
