The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Aug. 14 — Matthew R. Andre, 46, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and eluding police. Police said he failed to comply with a traffic stop and was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol.

Aug. 23 — Marina Lerner, 46, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor diversion of services. Police said she used another person’s dumpster without permission.

Aug. 9 — Devon K. Washington, 22, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor eluding an officer. Police said he did not comply with a traffic stop.

Aug. 14 — Gary W. Brothers, 70, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on West New Castle Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.167%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Aug. 14 — Jack H. Hartle, 69, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him on East Jefferson Street, Butler.

Aug. 14 — Brittany N. Powers, 27, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with a pipe and suspected crack cocaine.

Aug. 14 — Jared J. Anderson, 22, of Valencia, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Ridge Avenue, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in his system.

Aug. 14 — Crystal L. Baptiste, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and drug possession after police stopped her on Main Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety test showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.165%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
