Rosella M. Monroe
Rosella M. Monroe, 94, of Parker died Saturday afternoon at Butler Memorial Hospital following an illness.
Born on Dec. 7, 1912, in West Monterey, Clarion County, she was the daughter of William A. and Catherine Kriebel Jordan.
She was a member of the Park Hill Church of God at West Freedom.
Mrs. Monroe owned and operated Monroe's Store and Service Station at Six Points near Eau Claire from 1961 to 1972. She also was the tax collector for Allegheny Township, Butler County, for years.
She was a member of the Parker City Chapter 60 Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by a daughter, Gail Monroe Bickel and her husband, Alan, of Girard, Erie County; a son, Richard D. Monroe and his wife, Shirley, of Sun City, Ariz.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Monroe, in 1958. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Glenna Foust, Alma Fair, and Verna LaBerenze; and four brothers, Lawrence, Arnold, Kenneth, and Carl Jordan.

Jack Buzard Funeral Home</B>, Wayne Street, Parker.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Lonny Wolford, pastor of Park Hill Church of God, officiating.Burial will be in Allegheny Cemetery near Parker.
