Woman, children uninjured in Concord Township vehicle crash
CONCORD TWP — A woman and three children were uninjured when a vehicle overturned Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 13, near the intersection of Hooker Road and Seven Hills Road.
According to Jennifer Sutton, safety officer with the North Washington Volunteer Fire Department, the incident occurred when the driver of the vehicle failed to negotiate the bend on a wet road. The vehicle was a silver Chevrolet Traverse.
“She just came around the bend and lost control and overcompensated and rolled the vehicle,” Sutton said.
The one-vehicle crash was reported shortly after 3:30 p.m. and briefly led to the closure of the intersection.
The roads were reopened to traffic by 4:45 p.m.
