Mary Jane Fedosick (nee Halahan)
Mary Jane Fedosick (nee Halahan), 82, of New Jersey passed away at home early Saturday morning, July 7, 2012, following a three-year period of declining health.
She was born in Lyndora, on Dec. 8, 1929, and was the daughter of the late Michael Halahan Sr. and the late Eva Nimitz Halahan. A New Jersey resident for more than 50 years, she was the wife of George Fedosick.
Ms. Fedosick was a seamstress for most of her life and worked for several years at different area sewing factories. Her last place of employment was at the Theber Corporation in Bridgeton, N.J.
She had been a member of the St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Bridgeton for a 20-year period several years ago. She also enjoyed collecting dolls.
In addition to her husband of more than 60 years, she is survived by one son, Ronald G. Fedosick and his wife, Darlene Paten Fedosick of Stow Creek Township, N.J.; and two granddaughters, Adrian and Kristen Fedosick. Mrs. Fedosick was predeceased by two brothers, Michael Jr. and Nicholas Halahan; and three sisters, Helen Fenty, Ann Mangual and Margaret Rogers.
FEDOSICK — Relatives and friends of Mary Jane Fedosick (nee Halahan), who passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012, are invited to attend the funeral services at the Freitag Funeral Home, 137 W. Commerce St., Bridgeton, N.J., on Tuesday, July 10, at 10 a.m., with Pastor Michael Schuelke of the Fairfield Presbyterian Church officiating.The interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Township, N.J.Friends will be received at the funeral home Tuesday from 9 until 10 a.m.Written condolences and tributes may be shared with the family at freitagfuneralhome.com.
