Julia Pichler, 88, of Lyndora died Tuesday at Sunnyview Home.

Born July 10, 1918, in Lyndora, she was the daughter of John and Josephine Lubon Sewanich.

She was a member of St. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Guild. She was also a member of the American Legion Post 7787 Ladies Auxiliary.

Mrs. Pichler had worked as a group leader at Spaide Shirt Factory. She enjoyed her flowers.

Surviving are two sons, William H. Pichler of Butler and John Pichler of Lyndora; two grandchildren; a sister, Helen Sewanich of Lyndora; a brother, Joseph Sewanich of Butler; and number of nieces, nephews and special friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter George Pichler, who died Feb. 14, 1978; three sisters, and four brothers.

<B>PICHLER </B>— Friends of Julia Pichler, who died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, 127 W. Jefferson St.A divine liturgy and funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Peter & Paul Ukranian Orthodox Church, 21 Evergreen St., Lyndora, with the Rev.
