Members of the original Haywire Band will be reuniting for two concerts in celebration of three members’ recovery from cancer.

The concerts are both scheduled at 7:30 p.m., with the first held on Friday, Sept. 29, at the New Kensington Quality Inn’s main ballroom, and the other held on Sunday, Oct. 1, at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille in Warrendale.

T-shirts featuring Haywire and “Change for Cancer” logos will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting the “Change for Cancer” nonprofit.

The concerts are a reunion of all five original band members, and in recognition of Pete LaCava (bass), Steve Juffe (drums) and Arte Tedesco (lead singer/songwriter) recovering from cancer.

Tickets are $20 in advance on EventBrite.com, or $25 at the door of Quality Inn’s show.
