Hornberger

Lisa Hornberger, 83, of Corona, Calif., formerly of Butler, passed away Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023.

Born in Taiwan in 1939, Lisa was a clerk and bookkeeper at the U.S. Navy Exchange in Taipei, Taiwan. Lisa came to the U.S. in 1970, and met her husband, Tom, in Chicago. They married on Aug. 25, 1972, and settled in Butler.

Lisa was a homemaker and attended Community Alliance Church. She was into nutritional health, gardening and making homemade dishes. She moved to Corona, Calif., in 2011 to be closer to family, where she lived until her death.

Lisa is survived by her son, Keith; daughter-in-law, Cheri; granddaughter; sisters, Margie, Annice and Mindy; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom.

HORNBERGER — Lisa Hornberger, who died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery alongside her husband.
