Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Sept. 19 — Joyce A. Krebs, 58, of Valencia, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence after police said she crashed her vehicle Sept. 11. Police said field sobriety test showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.199%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 19 — Michael J. Spurgeon, 21, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Sept. 3 on Clark Street. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.173%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

Sept. 20 — Noah J. Wilson, 23, of Stoneboro, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Sept. 3 on Franklin Street, Slippery Rock Borough. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.09%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 20 — Mason D. Hodgkiss, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after he crashed his vehicle July 12 on North Main Street Extension, Center Township. Police said later blood tests showed he had traces of cocaine and amphetamines in his system. A stamp bag and hypodermic needle were also found on his person, according to police.

Sept. 19 — Albert Mastrocesare Jr., 39, of Butler, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft. Police said he took someone’s vehicle without permission.

Sept. 18 — Norbert T. Moss, 45, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him on West Old Route 422, Muddy Creek Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment. Two crack pipes and a small amount of marijuana were found on his person, according to police.

State police, Kittanning

Sept. 21 — Dawson B. Zubik, 20, of Sarver, was charged with felony child endangerment, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he hit someone while they were holding a child.

Zelienople Boro

Sept. 14 — Lawrence A. Morini, 21, of Wampum, and Julian P. Stone, 22, of Ellwood City, were charged with misdemeanor fleeing police. Police said they failed to yield to a traffic stop while on their motorcycles.

Sept. 13 — Alice J. Johnson, 68, of Ellwood City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said she crashed into two vehicles and did not stop to provide information.
