A Butler woman was charged by Butler Township police after an infant in her care was found to be under the influence of THC, according to documents.

Butler Township police announced Friday, Sept. 29, that Ashley N. Williams, 25, was charged with child endangerment and drug possession following the incident.

Police said the 10-month-old child in Williams’ care was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with signs of impairment and later was found to have THC in her system.
