$1,000 a week for life scratch-off ticket sold in Adams Township

A winning Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket was sold by a retailer in Butler County with the top prize of $1,000 a week for life annuity.

The winning ticket, a The Game of Life scratch-off, was sold at the Sheetz on 1000 Dori Drive in Adams Township, according to state lottery officials. The retailer receives a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The owner of the winning ticket has the choice between $1,000 a week for life annuity or a cash option of $1.04 million.
