Robert J. Fry Sr., 88, of Madera, Pa., passed away at 11:27 p.m. Monday in Clearfield.

He served in the U.S. Army in World War II.

On April 29, 1949, he married Jean L. (Campbell) Fry in Butler. She survives and lives in Madera.

Bob also is survived by his children, Linda (Marvin) Myers and Robert J. (Donna) Fry Jr.; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lois Smith.
