Those coordinating the Wreaths Across America effort to honor veterans interred at the Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery are asking patriotic citizens for their help.

Those wishing to help honor the veterans in the cemetery can purchase a wreath for $17, which will be placed on the grave of a veteran during a ceremony Saturday, Dec. 16.

By purchasing two wreaths, the organizers will receive a third wreath free.

To buy a wreath for placement in the Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery, send a check to W.A.A., P.O. Box 249, Columbia Falls, ME 04623, log onto wreathsacrossamerica.org and click “sponsor wreaths,” or call Melissa Somerville at 724-352-2604.

All orders must be received by Nov. 15 to be processed.
