I-79 south in Butler County closed after motorcycle crash Friday morning
State police announced at 8:43 a.m. Friday, Nov. 3, that Interstate 79 southbound lanes reopened.
Interstate 79 southbound lanes were shut down due to a motorcycle crash that occurred early Friday morning, Nov. 3, at the Cranberry exit.
According to dispatchers, the crash was originally reported near mile marker 78 in Cranberry Township. One person was transported to the hospital by EMS personnel, dispatchers said.
The crash occurred around 6:18 a.m., according to 511pa.com.
