HRG names new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Services Officer
Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, an infrastructure consulting firm in Cranberry Township has announced it has named a new chief operating officer and chief services officer.
Ed Ellinger has been named the new chief operating officer, and Josh Fox has been named the new chief services officer.
“Ed and Josh know HRG’s values and history very well, and they have strong relationships with all of our stakeholders,” HRG’s president and chief executive officer Jason Fralick said. “They also have a great sense of where we want to go and have great ideas for how to get us there. I’m excited to work with them.”
Ellinger most recently served as Herbert, Rowland & Grubic’s assistant vice president, directing daily operations, project delivery, and business development throughout Central Pennsylvania while Fox has been serving Herbert, Rowland & Grubic’s water and wastewater utility clients since 2006.
