Shoppers visiting downtown Butler for Small Business Saturday can support the Butler County Food Bank by bringing nonperishable foods along to donate.

A number of businesses in downtown Butler will serve as drop-off locations for the food drive on Saturday.

Nonperishable food items can be left at a participating business on Saturday or a drop off can be arranged at the Butler County Food Bank by calling 724-766-9026.

The Butler County Food Bank is run by Community Partnership. The food bank supports 28 Butler County food pantries and 10 local food kitchens.

“Any donations we receive are also used to help provide emergency food for families and individuals in need,” said Jared Cypher of Community Partnership.

Participating businesses include Totalus, Grows on Main, Vintage Coffeehouse, Sons of Italy, New Dimensions Comics, the Butler Art Center and others.
