Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Nov. 1 — Steven A. Danylo, 34, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police said he crashed his vehicle Oct. 5 on Crider Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and he was found with a THC vape in his vehicle.

Butler

Oct. 31 — Jered L. Dunbar, 24, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he forced someone’s face into walls and stairs.

Oct. 28 — John P. Conley, 67, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police said they stopped him on East Jefferson Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and marijuana was found on his person.

Butler Twp

Oct. 30 — Christina N. Zarnick, 39, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with two stamp bags of suspected heroin and syringes.

Oct. 30 — Javon O. Littlejohn, 20, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he took $730 from Lowe’s.

Oct. 27 — William J. Derrick, 42, of Butler, was charged with four counts of felony theft. Police said he left Sam’s Club with $1,168 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 25 — Marc J. Panty, 36, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor theft and summary disorderly conduct. Police said he left Walmart with $238 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Cranberry Twp

Nov. 1 — Dennis J. Lange, 43, of Seven Fields, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and accidents involving property damage after he crashed his vehicle Aug. 24 on Route 19. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.221%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 1 — James L. Green, 65, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he scammed someone out of $164.

Oct. 30 — Scott J. Hodges, 38, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $489 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 30 — Eamon E. Duncan, 33, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he threw a glass jar at someone, striking the person’s head.

Oct. 30 — Emeli Nunez, 19, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor simple assault and summaries harassment and purchasing alcohol by a minor. Police said she punched someone and was under the influence of alcohol.

Oct. 29 — Kelvin W. Smith, 33, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he choked someone and pulled the person to the ground, resulting in the person’s arm breaking.

Oct. 27 — Johnny W. White, 49, of Seven Fields, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Sept. 29 on Hillmont Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.219%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Middlesex Twp

Oct. 30 — Taylor A. Tiernan, 44, of Glenshaw, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Wagon Wheel Antiques with $195 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

State police, Butler

Nov. 1 — Courtney E. Fish, 35, of East Palestine, Ohio, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said she answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Dunham’s in Center Township.

Oct. 31 — Eric S. Weber, 54, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Sept. 30 on Simon Drive in Jefferson Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.215%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 30 — Emily J. Gregory, 25, of Ambridge, was charged with misdemeanor harassment in two separate cases. Police said she sent someone messages from fake social media accounts after being told not to contact them.

Oct. 30 — Luke A. McFarland, 30, of Tyrone, was charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with 268 empty glassine bags of suspected heroin in his vehicle.

Oct. 28 — Jeremy W. Hays, 30, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 422, Prospect. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.154%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 27 — Andree M. Fiechuk, 19, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Oct. 21 on Route 38, Oakland Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.096%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Gibsonia Turnpike

Oct. 27 — Marquis R. Wise, 52, of Cleveland, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanors use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with a jar of marijuana and rolling paper.
