Beverly Kay Carson

Beverly Kay Carson, 75, formerly of Butler, passed away Dec. 17 at her home in Temecula, Calif.

Born March 4, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Esther Hepler.

After graduating from high school, she joined the Navy, where she met her husband. They both lived in Wyoming and Colorado before settling in Southern California.

She was selfless and was always ready to help family and friends. She loved her family unconditionally. She will be remembered for her Christmas Eve pajamas and her love for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Before her passing, she was able to attend one last game and experienced what tailgating was all about.

She loved being called grandma. She loved to dress up according to the holidays. She brought a smile to everyone's faces when she wore a sparkly shirt with lots of bling.

She is missed by her daughter, Pamela Carson; her son, Timothy (Debbie) Carson; her granddaughters, Addysen and Averie; her grandson, Garrett; her sisters, Marcia (Donald) Todd and Carol (Fredrick) Cobane; and her brother, Robert Raisley.
