Swidzinski, Brockman
Connie Swidzinski and Kurt Brockman, both of Butler, were united in marriage April 1 in Butler.
The bride is the daughter of Stanley (Jerry) and Carla Swidzinski of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Charles and Rosalie Brockman of San Antonio, Texas.
The honor attendant was Cameron Swidzinski Tack of Butler.
The bride is a 1987 graduate of Butler High School and a 2001 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where she received a degree in elementary and environmental education. She also received a master's degree in elementary education with a minor in safety education from Slippery Rock University. She has worked for 16 years as a sixth grade teacher at Center Township Elementary School.
The bridegroom graduated in 1985 from North Mesquite High School in Mesquite, Texas. He is employed as an auto technician at Baglier Buick and GMC. He is also employed by the East Butler Volunteer Fire Department as an emergency medical technician.
Following a honeymoon trip to Seven Springs Mountain Resort, the couple is making their home in Butler.
