Kozup, Palmer
Anastasia Kozup and Ryan Palmer, both of Norfolk, Va., were united in marriage Sept. 26 at Continental Park Gazebo in Fort Monroe, Va. The Rev. Rebecca Kelly officiated. A reception followed at Bay Breeze Officer's Club.
The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Teri-Ann Kozup of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Darryl and Pauline Palmer of Forest Hill, Md.
The honor attendant was Ashleigh Kozup of Virginia Beach, Va. Bridesmaids were Jessica Savannah of Butler and Maria Workman of Savannah, Ga. The flower girl was Emma Palmer of Potomac Falls, Va.
Performing the duties of best man was Sean Palmer of Potomac Falls. Ushers were Conor Workman of Savannah, and Brad Dixon of Brooklyn, N.Y. The ring bearer was Luke Palmer of Potomac Falls.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Butler High School, a 2003 graduate of West Virginia University and a 2006 graduate of George Washington University. She is employed by the Aviation Applied Technology Directorate in Fort Eustis, Va.
The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from John Carroll High School in Bel Air, Md., and in 2002 from Washington College. He is employed by the Army Contracting Command in Fort Eustis.
Following a honeymoon trip to Costa Rica, the couple is making their home in Norfolk.
