Barry V. Heiner

Barry V. Heiner, 71, of Butler passed away Saturday at the Renaissance Hospice in Olmsted Township, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Janice, in 2005.

Born April 19, 1939, he was the son of the late Vaughn and Ruth Heiner.

Barry was a longtime member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Butler Lodge 64.

He was retired from the Butler Tire Center.

Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Jerilyn and John Gauthier of Sherwood, Ore.; a son, Jeffrey of Youngtown, Ariz.; granddaughters, Brittany Sande, Lyndsey Sande Odegard and a son-in-law, Kurt Odegard, all of Portland, Ore., Hilary Sande of Seattle, Wash., Kaley Marie Beiner of Avondale, Ariz.; and grandsons, Jeremy Sande of Portland, Ore., and Justin Heiner of Vine Grove, Ky. He also had three great-grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.

Also surviving are his sisters, Ardis Lazar and Cheryl Gerding of Ohio; his brother, Lance of Maryland; and dear friends, Andy Andrews of Monessen and David McKivigan of Butler.

His brother, Todd, preceded him in death.

<B>HEINER </B>— A graveside service for Barry V. Heiner, who died Saturday, June 5, 2010, will be held at 10:45 a.m. Saturday, June 19, at North Side Cemetery, 1002 N. Main St. Butler. A luncheon will follow from noon to 2 p.m. at the Moose Lodge, 215 W. Jefferson St., Butler.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
