Wesley C. Gall

Wesley Charles Gall, 82, of Butler, formerly of Prospect, died Wednesday morning at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler after an illness.

He was born July 8, 1928, in Etna and was the son of Albert and Mildred Ide Gall.

He had worked in the home construction business for many years and also had worked at the Nazarene Church in Butler as a caretaker.

He was a member of the Christ Outreach Church in Butler.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine Lightbody Gall, who he married Sept. 1, 1950; two daughters, Mrs. Joe (Sandra) Purvis of Virginia Beach, Va., and Cheryl Hays of Leesburg, Fla.; a son, Wesley Ronald Gall of Bassit, Va.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

<B>GALL</B> — Visitation for Wesley Charles Gall, who died Wednesday, April 20, 2011, will be Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the <B>Jay Bryan Funeral Home</B>, 443 Main St., Prospect. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Andrew Brewer of the Christ Outreach Church officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Prospect.
