Ruth A. (Belles) Aiken, 70, of Harmony passed away Monday while under the care of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Born April 20, 1941, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Helen Ruth (Stauffer) Belles.

Ruth had a love for nature and animals. She especially loved her cats, flowers and taking care of the birds on her farm.

Ruth is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Ron Aiken of Harmony; four loving sons, Bob Aiken and his wife, Tammie, of Cranberry Township, Wade Aiken of Harmony, Kent Aiken and his wife, Gail, of Clermont, Fla., and Craig Aiken of Harmony; her sister, June Marshall of Harmony; and two loving grandsons, Logan and Hunter Aiken.
