William C. “Bill” Williams, 80, of Harmony, passed away on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, in the comfort of his home.

Born Aug. 1, 1943, in Newport News, Va., he was the son of the late Camden Lloyd Williams and Dorothy Viola (Lynch) Williams.

Bill proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1964. He was employed as a railroad conductor for Norfolk Southern. Bill was an active member of Crestview Community Church in Callery. A true outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and archery. He was also an avid marksman and enjoyed long-range shooting. Bill also enjoyed leatherworking and was passionate about photography. He also loved his Mazda Miata. Bill will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends.

Bill is survived by his wife of nine years, Carolyn L. Paulk, whom he married on Nov. 22, 2014; his daughter, Toni M. (Williams) Roitz, and her husband, Stephen; his grandchildren, Beth (Roitz) Ferrie, and her husband, Bradley, Katelyn (Roitz) Bellisimo, and her husband, Gino and Kelly (Roitz) Norquest, and her husband, Trevor; his great-grandchildren, Scarlet R. Ferrie, Grayson P. Ferrie, Stella B. Ferrie, Giana M. Bellissimo and Aria J. Bellissimo; his sister, Nancy (Williams) Houk; his brother, Steven Williams and his wife, Barb; his stepson, Jeff Becker, and his wife, Lauri, and their sons, Travis Becker, and his wife, Briana, and Jacob Becker; and his stepdaughter, Rebecca Gibbs, and her husband, Chris, and their sons, Nate and Jesse Gibbs.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia A. (White) Williams; his brother, Richard Williams, and his sister-in-law, Diane Williams.

WILLIAMS — A celebration of life service for William C. “Bill” Williams, who died Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

He will be laid to rest privately at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park in Rochester.

Memorial donations may be made in Bill’s honor to Crestview Community Church, 210 Kline Ave., Evans City, PA 16033.
