Fay A. Seybert

Fay A. Seybert, 91, formerly of Byre Mor Court, Butler, died at 10:55 a.m. Friday in the Lowrie House.

Born Sept. 11, 1919, in Ford City, she was the daughter of the late Arch Stivason and Grace McCollum Stivason.

Mrs. Seybert was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was a life member of the Tanglewood Center and was a member of the AARP.

Mrs. Seybert is survived by two daughters, Sandra and her husband, George, Mellinger, of Butler and Darla and her husband, Ernie, Kemper III, of Hermitage; three grandsons, Darin Mellinger and his fiancee, Michelle, of Delray Beach, Fla., Matthew and his wife, Dayus, Kemper of Lake City, Pa., and Andrew and his wife, Jennie, Kemper of Hermitage; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Kathleen Round of Ford City; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Seybert was preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Seybert, who passed away July 4, 1985; two brothers, and one sister.

SEYBERT — At the request of Fay A. Seybert, who died Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, there was no public visitation. A private family funeral service

was at the convenience of the family with the Rev. David Chambers, chaplain with Medi-Home Hospice, officiating.
