Doctor

Gary L. Doctor, 59, of Cabot died at 4:40 a.m. Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital after a battle with cancer.

He was born Feb. 28, 1948, in Butler, the son of Lewis and Augusta Salpini Doctor.

Mr. Doctor was Catholic by faith. He loved spending time with his family and his granddaughter.

He is survived by two daughters, Jordan Doctor of West Mifflin and Mrs. Nathan (Summer) Anderson of Butler; a son, Gary Doctor of Butler; a granddaughter; six sisters, Marie Honzo of Saxonburg, Carol Fry of Cabot, Gloria Downing, Toni Herold and Terri Doctor Fratto, all of Butler, and Julie Bummer of Valencia; and three brothers, Lewis Doctor and Joseph Doctor, both of Butler, and George Doctor of Pittsburgh.

He was preceded in death by an infant son and a sister.
