Gale

Patricia J. Gale, 69, of Ashburn, Va., formerly of Butler, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024.

She was born Feb. 4, 1954, in Butler, a daughter of the late Andrew Sapar and Flora (DeFrancisis) Sapar.

She was a graduate of Butler Senior High School Class of 1972. She worked as an administrative assistant for Westfield High School in Fairfax County, Va.

She is survived by her son, Ryan (Emily) Morse of Warrenton, Va.; her daughter, Chelsey (Anthony) Bashorun of Gainesville, Va.; grandchildren, Kyra Mayers, Gavin Morse, Yinka Bashorun, Talan Morse, Silas Morse and Remi Bashorun; and her two sisters, Nina Sapar and Sandra Steratore, both of Denver, Colo.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Gale, who passed away Aug. 18, 2021.

GALE — Friends of Patricia J. Gale, who died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler. A blessing service to follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Butler.
