Roberta “Bobbie” Cunningham, 81, of Harmony died Wednesday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born July 29, 1924, in Chester, Dela-ware County, she was the daughter of Ralph and Dorothy Wells McCuen.

Mrs. Cunningham graduated from Temple University as a registered nurse. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and outdoor activities.

She is survived by son, Robert John Cunningham and his wife, Linda, of Trinity Center, Calif.; two daughters, Jan Kirby and her husband, Tom, of Zelienople and Mary Jane Hursh and her husband, Blair, of Ellwood City; two sisters, Elena Phillips of New Hampshire and Dorothy Kirschner of New Jersey; and a brother, Ralph McCuen of El Paso, Texas.

Also surviving are five grandchildren, Stephen, Bobby and Jim Cunningham, Ian Cable and Winter Hursh; and a great-grandson, Koby Cunningham.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Cunningham, who died April 1, 1997; a sister, Eleanor Faix; and a foster son, James E. Lewis.

CUNNIHNGHAM — Friends of Roberta “Bobbie” Cunningham, who died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME, 219 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Patrick McElroy, pastor of Park United Presbyterian Church of Zelienople, officiating.
