Pets of the month: Meadow and Radar
Learn more about the Butler Eagle’s two pets of the month below. The Pets of the month are brought to you in collaboration with the Butler County Humane Society.
Meadow
Meadow is a 4 year old black, female domestic short-haired cat, who has been at the Butler County Humane Society since April of 2022. Meadow is spayed and is up to date on all of her vaccinations.
She does however have to be on a special diet because of stomach issues, which the humane society believes has been caused by stress at being at the shelter for so long. It is likely once she is adopted, she will no longer have to be on a special diet.
Meadow is a chill, laid back cat who likes to hang out, but she does enjoy lots of attention and will occasionally get up and play with toys.
Radar
Radar is a 2 year old terrier mix, who weighs 50 pounds. He was a stray that was brought into the humane society in April of 2022. He is neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations.
Radar is a very energetic boy who likes to play. He needs someone who can spend a lot of time with him, but who will also cuddle with him. Radar is very intelligent and likes to learn as well.
He is the perfect dog to go hiking, biking, walking or running with, and cozy up to at the end of the day.
