Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Jan. 25 — William E. Evans, 44, of Sarver, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with syringes.
Jan. 25 — Addisyn R. Lowery, 22, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle Nov. 23, 2023, on Vogel Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.204%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Jan. 24 — Ariana J. Calabrese, 29, of McKees Rocks, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Target with $406 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Jan. 23 — Jordan D. Gambill, 28, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicles. Police said he failed to return a rental truck.
Jan. 23 — Noah Nichols, 27, of Fredericktown, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he failed to exchange information after rear-ending another vehicle on Hicks Road, Penn Township.
Jan. 26 — Elijah S. Myers, 25, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Rural King with $189 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Jan. 26 — David H. Roose, 51, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle June 23, 2023, on Prospect Road, Forward Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC, benzoylecgonine, and fentanyl in his system.
Jan. 25 — Kaitlyn A. Dempsey, 34, of Franklin, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with a glass smoking pipe, digital scales, a notebook containing drug trafficking information, and materials containing suspected methamphetamine.
Jan. 24 — Daniel J. Wagner, 60, of Karns City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle Jan. 18 on Chicora Road, Fairview Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.161%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Jan. 24 — Tyson M. Adams, 44, of Cranberry, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him Jan. 18 on Kittanning Pike, Parker Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and some empty stamp bags were found in his vehicle.
Jan. 24 — Jacqueline A. Bopp, 33, of Maple Hill, N.C., was charged with felonies drug sales and conspiracy and misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she sold suspected methamphetamine to a confidential informant.
Jan. 23 — Michael G. Eichenauer, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said he wrote a check for $1,210 with insufficient funds.
Jan. 23 — Joshua W. Shuler, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said he wrote a check for $1,048 with insufficient funds.
