Lawrence Hooder “Randy” Lasko, 94, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Freeport, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, at UPMC Passavant-McCandless.

Born Jan. 22, 1930, in Clinton Township, he was the son of Barney Lasko and Mary Hooder Lasko.

Randy worked as an electrical technician for Alcoa for 25 years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and traveling all over the world with his wife, Helen.

Surviving are 12 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers; one sister; and his wife, Helen Sebak Lasko, whom he married on July 19, 1958, and who passed away on Dec. 21, 2018.

LASKO — Private interment for Lawrence Hooder “Randy” Lasko, who died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, will be in Mount Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights, Pa.
