Frany A. Bauder

Frany A. Schweinegruber Bauder, 98, of Middle Lancaster passed away Monday afternoon at her residence.

Born Oct. 10, 1910, in Lancaster Township, she was the daughter of late Samuel and Annie Neely Schweinegruber.

She was the oldest living member of Zion Lutheran Church of Harmony/Middle Lancaster.

Mrs. Bauder was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed crocheting.

Mrs. Bauder was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Bauder, who died March 22, 1998. They had been married Feb. 28, 1929. Being the last of a family of nine, she was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.

Mrs. Bauder is survived by two daughters, Frany Ann (Michael) Washko, Warner Robins, Ga., and Lynda (Jeffrey) Ness, Harmony; one son, William (Doris) Bauder, Zelienople; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Mildred Schweinegruber, Zelienople; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons, and nieces and nephews.

<B>BAUDER </B>— Friends and relatives of Frany A. Bauder, who died Monday, March 9, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>A. CARLKINSEY-RONALDN. VOLZ Funeral Home Inc.,</B> 114 W. Spring St., Zelienople. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Barbara Love and the Rev.
