Police: Child endangerment charges to follow 2 overdoses in Muddy Creek Township
State police are accusing two people of child endangerment after they overdosed in the presence of juveniles Tuesday, Feb. 20, in Muddy Creek Township.
Police said they were dispatched to Sawyer Road around 8:44 p.m. that night and found Kari Allen, 40, and Jason Allen, 47, both of Prospect, had overdosed while two teenage girls were in their care.
A news release indicated the Allens would be charged with two counts each of child endangerment.
