Martin J. Bash Jr., 52, of Sarver peacefully passed away Friday in his home surrounded by his family.

He was born April 19, 1956, to Martin J. Bash Sr. and Sara Patrick.

He attended the Evangel Heights Assembly of God.

Marty was a truck driver employed by CLI Transport, McClymonds and Throwers.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa; son, Jacob; daughters, Heather, Lauren and Linda; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Grant, Brayden and Trent; his parents; his sister, Karen Janoski; nieces; nephews; and other family members.

<B>BASH</B> — There will be no visitation. A memorial service for Martin J.
