Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Feb. 9 — Michael A. Myers, 43, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor habitual offender. Police said he was driving while his license was suspended for DUI.

Butler

Feb. 9 — Zackary N. Clark, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with syringes and cotton swabs.

Butler Twp

Feb. 9 — Gerald Mganga, 23, of Renfrew, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Down Range Supply.

Lancaster Twp

Feb. 9 — Nathan D. Leasher, 37, of Harmony, was charged with misdemeanor operating a vehicle without ignition interlock. Police said he was stopped on Route 19 for the violation.

Jackson Twp

Feb. 9 — Matthew E. Quinlan, 18, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a marijuana vape pen.

Slippery Rock University

Feb. 11 — Tyrell E. Gardner, 19, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanors escape, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and summaries public drunkenness and purchase of alcohol by a minor. Police said he was intoxicated in a public place, fled police and did not adhere to commands.

State police, Butler

Feb. 10 — Jonathan M. Claypoole, 39, of Butler, was charged with felony prohibited firearm possession and misdemeanors of a false written statement and drug possession. Police said he was found in possession of a long rifle and drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 9 — Cameron E. Amsler, 23, of Butler, was charged with two counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with 15 stamp bags of suspected heroin.

Feb. 9 — Bryant J. Hathaway, 33, of Girard, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on West Jefferson Street, Butler. Police said a field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of benzoylecgonine, cocaine, methamphetamine, xylazine, fentanyl, and buprenorphine in his system.

Feb. 8 — Amber R. Wallace, 42, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony drug sales and five counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with several kind of pills, suspected crack cocaine and suspected heroin.

Feb. 8 — Markus E. Phipps, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a small amount of marijuana.

Feb. 8 — Hannah R. Smith, 18, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with a small amount of marijuana.

State police, Kittanning

Feb. 9 — Crystal M. Webb, 43, of Butler, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with suspected marijuana.

Zelienople

Feb. 9 — Heather L. Amrhein, 46, of Zelienople, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle Jan. 19 on West Beaver Street. Police said a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.17%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
