Nathan J. Schwartz
Nathan J. Schwartz, 23, of Ellwood City, formerly of Evans City, passed away Sunday morning at his home.
Born March 24, 1987, he was the son of Paul K. Schwartz and Deborah Ehlert Moss.
He was a Presbyterian.
He was a student attending the Pittsburgh Technical Institute.
An Army reservist, he was called to active duty and spent 10 months in Iraq, where he was an electronic technician working on helicopters.
He was a member of the Harmony-Evans City VFW Post 499.
Nathan enjoyed riding his motorcycle and the beach. He also was a proud and caring uncle.
Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Deborah and Wayne Moss of Virginia Beach, Va.; his father and his friend, Paul Schwartz and Roxanne Slusher of Evans City; his maternal grandmother, Sherry McCormick of North Carolina; his fraternal grandmother, Daryoal Ondick of Las Vegas, Nev.; two sisters, Angela (Chad) Gregory of Callery and Paula Schwartz of Ellwood City; two brothers, David Bowman and Joseph Bowman, both of Virginia Beach, Va.; two nieces; and a nephew.
