Dorothy L. Pauls
Dorothy L. Pauls, 50, of Renfrew died at 9:15 p.m. Sunday at the UPMC Passavant hospital.
Born Jan. 7, 1957, in Butler, she was the daughter of Blanche Miller McCurdy of Renfrew and the late Charles E. McCurdy.
She was a member of the Bakerstown Presbyterian Church.
She enjoyed crocheting, reading, online shopping on eBay and riding horses and loved playing with her dog.
She was working on writing a mystery book. She graduated from Butler County Community College with a degree in nursing and was a registered nurse at Valencia Woods.
Surviving are a daughter, Alene Pauls of New Kensington; two sons, Charles Klingensmith and Joseph Pauls, both of Butler; two grandchildren; and two sisters, Alberta Kaine of Beaver and Norma Eckenrode of Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a niece.
