Robert L. Soule, 77, of Butler died Aug. 21 at the VNA Hospice in Butler.

He was born on July 28, 1936, in Butler to the late George F. and Dorothy Emminger Soule.

He was a graduate of Butler High School, Butler County Community College and Slippery Rock University with a degree in nursing.

He was employed at St. John's Care Center until his retirement.

He was co-owner of the Butler American Sales-AMC/Jeep dealership, a family owned and operated business in Butler for 50 years.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force Reserves.

Surviving are two nephews, Brian (Lisa) Soule and Bruce (Traci) Soule; a great -nephew, Ryan Soule, and great-nieces, Erin and Alexandra Soule.

SOULE — A private service for Robert L. Soule, who died Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013, was at the Chapel of Devotion, Butler County Memorial Park. Interment took place at Butler County Memorial Park.Arrangements were made by the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E.
