Kathleen Pringle

Pringle

Kathleen Ann Pringle, of Slippery Rock, formerly of Butler, passed peacefully at home Friday, March 15, 2024.

She was born in Butler on April 29, 1965, to Norman Thomas Pringle and Bertiann Fohl Pringle Thomas.

Kathleen’s outgoing personality and zest for life were known to light up the room. She loved all kinds of animals and was particularly fond of spending time at the petting zoo. Music was her favorite pastime. She loved playing the tambourine with her longtime boyfriend and musician, Chuck Moses, and they often could be seen performing at local businesses. Better known as the “Tambourine Goddess,” Kathleen would sing harmony and accompany Chuck while he played guitar adeptly to virtually any song requested. She truly enjoyed being a part of Chuck’s music and sharing his life.

Surviving are her brothers, John W. (Lorelei) Pringle of Louisville, Ky., and Kevin R. (Miriam) Pringle of Shallotte, N.C.; half-sisters, Charlotte Pringle of San Bernardino, Calif., and Chelsea (Brian) Welsh of Lake Forest, Calif.; aunts, Kandace J. Singer of Butler, Angirae (Litz) Pringle of The Villages, Fla., and Juanita (James) Lott of Dawsonville, Ga.; and a niece, nephews and numerous cousins.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her father, Norman T. Pringle, in 1986; mother, Bertiann Fohl Thomas Pringle, in 2018; and brother, Bradford Arthur Pringle, in 2013.

PRINGLE — A celebration of life for Kathleen Ann Pringle, who died Friday, March 15, 2024, will take place at some point in the future.
